The Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) is looking for investors in Dubai to help build an entertainment zone on the banks of the Sabarmati River in Gandhinagar. The zone is expected to be similar to those in Dubai and Singapore, and will include a variety of attractions, such as theme parks, water parks, and shopping malls.

The zone is being developed to “infuse social life” into the GIFT City campus, which currently employs about 20,000 people. A team is currently in Dubai to meet with potential investors.

The development of the entertainment zone is part of GIFT City’s efforts to become a more vibrant and livable city. The city is also developing a riverfront on the banks of the Sabarmati, and is planning to build a number of hotels and residential complexes.

The government of Gujarat has been promoting GIFT City as a major financial hub in India. The city is already home to a number of banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. The development of the entertainment zone is seen as a way to attract more businesses and residents to the city.
