One of the oldest stockbrokers’ organisations in the nation, DSCCSL, better known as BSE Brokers’ Forum, will construct a commercial skyscraper at GIFT City. The Dalal Street Commercial Cooperative Society Limited was established by a group of 72 brokers to construct this impressive tower at GIFT City. At a cost of Rs 130.5 crore, 72 brokers from the Bombay Stock Exchange will develop a unique 17-story building at the GIFT City. If they establish their corporate headquarters at the GIFT and manage their activities from here, they won’t have to pay Stamp Duty, which will increase operational efficiency and their standard of living. Due to the presence of foreign competitors in GIFT City, they will be able to expand their business more swiftly. Participants are these agents.
